Time: October 10th @12pm & October 11th @10am
Location: Buckner branch rd. Barnardsville NC 28709
9PM SHUTDOWN

October 10 SETUP
October 9th - 5pm or later vendor setup
12pm open to public
9pm shutdown

October 11 SETUP
10 am open to public
4 pm burnout comp
6 pm trophies (If you leave and your name is called; we will not be shipping the trophies the judges will pick a new contestant.)
9 pm shutdown

DAY OF EVENT

You will receive your registration card and sticker at the gate along with your wristbands. This is a reminder that when you are purchasing your gold or silver lot pass that is what will get your TRUCK in the show you will still have to pay the additional fee for wristbands if you are purchasing a gold or silver lot pass wristbands are half priced per person in the vehicle. If you are spectator/general admission it is $25 per individual in the vehicle 10 and under are free. Wrist bands will be available at the gate.
